Restore a Purchase
Restore purchase help will be available inside the app after launch. Restoring will use your Apple ID to verify your original transaction, at no charge.
Refund Requests
When the app is available in the App Store, purchases will be handled through Apple In App Purchase. We will not process refunds directly. Refund requests will follow Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does the one-time purchase include?
The $39.99 one time purchase includes access to all current content in the app, including scenario questions, answer rationale, concept definitions, and progress tracking. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Is this an official IAPP product?
No. AIGP Decision Lab is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by IAPP.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. The app is designed to work without an internet connection once installed.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, try deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store. Purchases can be restored for free. If issues persist, contact us at support@reasonedlearning.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. With multiple iOS devices on the same Apple ID, the app can be installed on each at no additional charge.
