By using AIGP Decision Lab (the "App") once it is available, or by visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website. These terms are between you and Reasoned Learning, the independent developer of this product.
What AIGP Decision Lab Is
AIGP Decision Lab is an independent study tool designed to help learners prepare for the AIGP certification examination. It provides practice questions, answer rationale, concept definitions, and progress tracking.
Important clarifications:
- This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by IAPP.
- Certification outcomes depend on the learner's preparation, official materials, and exam-day performance.
- AIGP is a certification offered by IAPP. This is an independent preparation tool.
- Exam content and structure may change. Study materials may not reflect every current exam detail.
Purchase and Payment
AIGP Decision Lab is preparing for iPhone and iPad launch. When the app is available in the App Store, it will be offered as a one-time purchase of $39.99, and purchases will be handled through Apple In App Purchase. There are no subscription fees, renewal charges, or additional in-app purchases required to access the app's core content.
Refunds will be handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policy. We will not process refunds directly.
Permitted Use
You may use this App for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content in AIGP Decision Lab, including practice questions, rationale text, concept definitions, interface design, and copy, is the property of Reasoned Learning or its licensors. The AIGP name and related certification marks are the property of IAPP.
No Warranty
The App and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of content for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reasoned Learning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or website, including any failure to pass a certification examination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated terms here with a revised date. Continued use of the App or website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
